The gymnasium has been designed to accommodate everyone from the absolute beginner to the superbly conditioned. The gym features a comprehensive range of weight resistant and cardiovascular equipment, together with free weights and dedicated stretch area. Afterwards you can relax in the sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath or outdoor swimming pool. Guests staying at Colina Verde may use the facilities free of charge.

Beauty treatments are available by appointment and cover a wide range of facial and body treatments as well as manicures and pedicures. 'A la carte' massage treatments are also available on request.
